I was persuaded to take up Pilates by my physiotherapist who had all but given up trying to alleviate my lower back pain. What a transformation – Ella is the equivalent of WD-40, but for muscles and joints! She is also very caring and considerate in tailoring exercises for your particular needs.
I have been doing Pilates with Ella for about 4 years and she has totally changed my life! Having turned 50 with a sedentary job, my body was falling to pieces. “I enjoy holistic treatments as part of my well-being regime but had always opted for a Swedish massage. I had heard about Thai Yoga massage but never tried it until I had a session with Ella. It proved to be completely different from what I expected. Instead of falling asleep and snoring loudly till the end (as per usual) I was made to breathe deeply at specific intervals and consciously think about the stretches and movements.
